Lamination

Lamination could enhance your bags by making them stronger and re-usable, while at the same time highlights printed artwork by means of a matt or gloss effect.

We are specializing in both hot and cold lamination processes. The lamination films used could be matt or gloss and biodegradable as an option. We also offer anti-scratch matt lamination film. Thickness of 25 micrones and up. The surface of our lamination films is specially treated so that it allows for further finishings, such as spot UV or hot foil blocking. Also available upon client’s request is the applying of special lamination films. They could be: anti-scratch or pearl texture or artistic embossed.

Inside lamination is possible as well – recommended in cases when there is 100% internal printing, to protect the goods carried inside from being smudged by ink.

UV spot varnish

UV spot varnishing is a perfect finishing touch to make a bag bespoke. It could be applied over a logo or a selected area of the bag in order to make it outstanding.

This kind of finish is possible to apply over a laminated surface, and could be gloss or matt.

Hot foil blocking

An elegant option, offered in various colours. Could be applied on both laminated and unlaminated surfaces. Most popular colours are gold and silver, however colours other than these could add for an even more sophisticated outlook of the bag.

Embossing/Debossing

Embossing or debossing could be applied over an area which has been printed or foil stamped and is used for accentuating artwork.

Embossing produces an image that is raised above the surface of the bag. With debossing, the image is pressed into the bag and appears below the surface.

Eyelets

Eyelets could reinforce the strength of rope handles. Most popular are gold, silver and black. Variety of available colours offers the chance for the best choice depending on artwork.

Internal printing

This kind of finishing would offer the opportunity to print artwork over all surfaces of the bag, including internal reinforced base card.

To prevent internally printed ink from smudging, we recommend the applying of either varnish or lamination.

Additional slot for ribbon

Bags might be closed by means of a tied ribbon. This ribbon goes through a specially punched additional slot. This kind of slot is made to match ribbon width and is generally positioned between rope handles.

There are some particular and ingenious applications where there are no rope handles, only a ribbon closing the flap.

Custom printed ribbon handles

Your logo or another image could also be added by printing it on bag ribbon handles. Printing is possible in various colours, and over various colours and widths of ribbon handles.
